As an Applications Specialist, you’ll play a key role in providing superior member experiences over the phone and online. You’ll guide members through loan and deposit applications, ensuring accuracy and efficiency while delivering top-notch service.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist members and non-members with loan, deposit, and new membership applications.
- Identify financial needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance in all transactions.
- Navigate multiple platforms and systems efficiently.
- Maintain a professional and positive presence at all times.
What You Bring:
- 1-3 years of call center or customer service experience.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing financial transactions.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with federal and state lending regulations is a plus.
- Willingness to obtain NMLS registration within 120 days.
- Flexibility to work shifts between 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday - Friday and rotating shift of 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM on Saturdays
