The M&A Analyst will be responsible for assisting in the evaluation, execution, and integration of mergers and acquisitions (M&A) as part of a small, fast-paced dynamic team. The ideal candidate is a driven self-starter with strong project management skills who can collaborate effectively with senior leadership and external stakeholders. The position offers the opportunity to be involved in high-impact projects across multiple areas, including M&A, market expansion, competitive analysis, and long-term corporate strategy. This is a high visibility role, with frequent exposure to senior leadership. You will report to the VP, M&A and will have an onsite work structure in Creedmoor, NC. To be considered for the M&A Analyst opening, here’s what you’ll need to bring with you: Must have BA/BS (Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, International Business, Engineering, etc).
