Nurse RN

Role Overview:

As a Per Diem Nurse at First Light Home Care, you will be responsible for providing compassionate and professional nursing care to our clients. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our caregivers to ensure the highest quality of care for those we serve, while also supporting families and enhancing the overall client experience. Whether you work remotely or on-site, you'll have the flexibility to manage your schedule and make a positive impact on our clients' lives every day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and manage medical equipment as required.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.
• Provide emotional support and education to clients and their families.
• Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare providers regarding any changes in condition.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

• Current RN license in New Jersey.
• Experience in home health care or a similar setting.
• Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and handle a variety of tasks efficiently.
• Compassionate and patient-focused attitude towards clients and families.

Bonus If You:

• Have experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities.
• Hold certifications in CPR, BLS, or similar emergency care.
• Possess additional language skills that can enhance client communication.

Employment Type & Availability:

This position is Per Diem and very flexible

Location:

This position is available for candidates in Glen Rock, New Jersey, and can be performed as either remote or on-site work.
