A day in the Life of a FirstLight Home Care Team Member:

A team player and flexible in demeanor and work schedule
Excellent follow up and follow-through skills and good organizational skills
Ability to effectively manage the demands of the job
Ability to carry out direction, both verbal and written
Previous caregiving experience (preferred)
