FirstLight Home Care is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse to join our nursing team. This position is ideal for an RN who enjoys working independently, building relationships with clients, and providing high-quality care in the home setting.
As an RN Case Manager, you'll manage an assigned caseload, conduct in-home assessments, supervise personal care services, and collaborate with caregivers and agency leadership to ensure clients receive safe, compassionate care.

Schedule & Travel
- Full-time, field-based position
- Travel throughout Oklahoma required

- Shared on-call rotation
Qualifications
- Current Oklahoma RN license
- Valid driver's license
- Associate degree in Nursing or higher
- Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills
- One year of nursing experience preferred
- Home care experience is a plus
