FirstLight Home Care of Western Connecticut is hiring compassionate and reliable Caregivers, Home Health Aides (HHAs), and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide in-home care for seniors and adults in the Stratford, CT area. Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care needs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Prepare meals and help with light housekeeping
- Support mobility, transfers, and safe walking
- Escort clients to appointments and errands
- Follow individualized care plans and communicate any changes in condition
Requirements:
- Previous caregiving, HHA, or CNA experience preferred, but not required
- Must pass a background check
- Reliable, compassionate, and professional attitude
- Ability to work independently and follow care instructions
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
