FirstLight Home Care is looking for a kindhearted caregiver who will provide companionship and basic daily care for a senior who loves to visit and needs a friend. Never been a caregiver before? If you have the heart, we can train for the skills! Your care will help the seniors live safely with dignity and joy. You will get to do something that matters - that positively impacts our world and makes a real difference!
Job Responsibilities may Include:
- Companionship - talking, puzzles, reading
- Meal preparation
- Light housekeeping and laundry
- Errands/accompanying to appointments
- Medication reminders
- Personal Care - bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting

Basic Qualifications:
- 18 years or more
- Ability to carry out directions, verbally communicate with clients and staff.
- Access to a smartphone (for viewing your schedule, clocking in/out, and documentation)
- Maturity and ability to deal effectively with the demands of the job.
- Proof of driver’s license and valid auto insurance.
- Physical requirements (able to lift up to 25 lbs)
- Pass onsite drug screening
- Clear background check
