RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct client intakes and inhome nursing evaluations
- Develop and update Plans of Care
- Supervise caregivers and provide training
- Complete visit documentation and reports
- Coordinate client services and caregiver introductions
- Ensure compliance with agency policies and care standards
- Active RN license in Rhode Island
- Minimum 1 year nursing experience (home care preferred)
- Strong assessment and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license reliable transportation auto insurance
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office / scheduling tools)
