The Opportunity
This is not a passive, inside sales role. As our Sales Representative, you will be the face of FirstLight Home Care in the field. You will own the entire sales cycle—from prospecting and cold outreach to securing referrals and onboarding clients. Your main focus will be building deep, trust-based relationships with healthcare professionals, senior communities, and medical providers to generate a consistent stream of qualified care referrals.

We hit the ground running here, so we are looking for an established market leader. To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:
- Proven Sales Experience: Previous professional sales experience is strictly required. You must have a demonstrable track record of hitting and exceeding quotas.
- An Active Local Book of Business: You must come with an established, active network of relationships with healthcare professionals, case managers, discharge planners, or senior care communities specifically in the Scottsdale and Biltmore areas.
- 100% Local Availability: You must live locally in the Phoenix metro area and be fully available to market face-to-face, daily, within the Scottsdale / Biltmore, AZ territory.
What You’ll Do (Core Responsibilities)
- Territory Cultivation: Actively execute strategic market outreach to medical professionals, hospital systems, and elder law attorneys within the Scottsdale and Biltmore areas to generate home care referrals.
- Consultative Selling: Understand client and family needs deeply, conducting consultations with empathy, and delivering tailored care solutions with confidence.
- Relationship Management: Nurture your existing book of business while aggressively identifying and breaking into new referral accounts.
- Exceed Growth Goals: Take accountability for your pipeline, moving prospects seamlessly through the sales cycle to consistently exceed monthly targets.
