Responsibilities
⁕ Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing rooming, and mobility support.
⁕ Provide timely medication reminders.
⁕ Prepare nutritious meals tailored to client dietary plans and assist during mealtimes.
⁕ Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment through light housekeeping duties.
⁕ Offer emotional support and respectful companionship to enhance the well-being of clients with dementia, Alzheimer's disease, or other cognitive impairments.
Qualifications
⁕ A minimum of one year of prior experience in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or home and community care settings is highly preferred.
⁕ Experience caring for individuals with developmental disabilities, elderly individuals, or patients with dementia/Alzheimer's disease is advantageous.
⁕ Strong interpersonal communication skills and the demonstrated ability to work independently.
⁕ Demonstrated familiarity with HIPAA regulations to ensure patient privacy and confidentiality.

⁕ Valid driver's license and active auto insurance coverage.
⁕ Successful completion of a background check and drug screening (swab test).
⁕ Verified prior caregiving experience.
