Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Direct Client Care: Execute specialized personal care duties including hygiene, dressing, bathing, transfer support, and ambulation.
• Health & Routine Management: Prompt clients on medication schedules, implement safety protocols, and encourage physical mobility.
• Home Management: Conduct light domestic chores, dishwashing, linen changes, and nutritional meal prep.
• Client Advocacy: Document and report subtle physical or cognitive shifts to management to maintain continuity of care.
• Transportation: Assist with client errands, appointments, and community outings as needed.

Qualification Criteria

• Demonstrated caregiving experience in home care, assisted living, nursing homes, or hospice settings
• Active CNA, HHA, or DSP credentialing highly valued (though not required)
• Valid driver’s license, insured motor vehicle, and dependable transit
• Clear background check, drug screening, and negative TB test results
• Strong accountability, organizational skills, and professional demeanor
