About the Role:
FirstLight Home Care of Naperville is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Weekend In-Home Caregiver to join our growing team in Naperville, IL. Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and fall prevention throughout the home
• Perform light housekeeping 
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
• Assist with medication reminders and monitor client health and well-being
• Transport clients to appointments, errands, or social activities as needed

Requirements:

• Previous caregiving, home care, or personal care aide experience required 
• Genuine compassion, patience, and reliability when working with elderly or disabled clients
• Ability to work weekend shifts consistently
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Strong communication skills and a professional, trustworthy demeanor
• CNA, HHA, or similar certification is a plus but not required
