Pay & Schedule:

We have opportunities for caregivers available to work daytime and overnight shifts in the Enterprise area.

• Day shifts: 7:00 AM7:00 PM
• Overnight shifts: 7:00 PM7:00 AM
• Shifts generally range from 412 hours
• Every other weekend availability required
  
  

The more open your availability, the more opportunities we may have to match you with clients. Schedules and hours depend on client needs and available shifts.

What You'll Do:

• You'll provide oneonone care to seniors and adults in their homes. Every client has different needs, so your day may include:
• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Preparing meals and providing feeding assistance
• Helping clients move safely and preventing falls
• Providing medication reminders
• Performing light housekeeping related to client care
• Providing transportation when needed
• Offering companionship, conversation, and emotional support
• This is handson caregiving. You'll have the opportunity to build relationships with clients while helping them remain comfortable, safe, and independent in their own homes.
  
  

What We're Looking For:

We're looking for caregivers who take pride in their work and understand how much clients depend on them.

Our ideal candidate:

• Has at least 1 year of handson caregiving experience
• Is dependable, punctual, and professional
• Takes initiative and follows through on responsibilities
• Is comfortable providing personal care
• Can work independently and follow a client's care plan
• Communicates effectively with clients and the office team
• Has a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Is comfortable working in homes with pets
• Can pass a background check and drug screen
• Is available to work every other weekend
