What are the responsibilities and job description for the HIRING URGENTLY CAREGIVER/CNA MONDAY-FRIDAY 8AM-5PM position at FirstLight Home Care of Clarksville?
*Client's Care Plan*
We are looking to hire team members for our generic Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM schedule. This time frame is where we have our most weekly hours. We have schedules that are full time with one client. We also have schedules where we start our day 8A-noon with a client and then work 1P-5P with another client. This type of schedule is often referred to as our "piggyback" schedule. You get reimbursed for drive time if you go from client A (morning client) to client B (afternoon client).
Pay raise opportunity after first 90 days.
Care plans will vary during this time. Most of the time we are doing light housekeeping, laundry, meal prep, bed sheets, keeping bathrooms clean, keeping kitchen clean, dishes, standby assist, companion care, etc.
We operate on a 1-2 week training schedule after hire/orientation. We look for reliability/timeliness on your training shifts, caregiver feedback and also client feedback during this 1-2 weeks of training. If you are determined and driven during this time, we will find you a full time Monday-Friday schedule going forward.
We are looking for full time team members, but there is also great value in PT/PRN as well. We are always looking for team members who want to work just 12-24 hours a week or also be on-call at any time. If this interests you at all, please apply to this posting and refer to this.
We look forward to you applying!
