What are the responsibilities and job description for the Payment Support Specialist II position at FIRSTLIGHT FEDERAL CREDIT UNION?
Responsible for effective and timely performance of member account support functions to include electronic funds transfers (EFT), automatic clearing house files (ACH), share draft files, wires funds transfers, returned mail processing and returned checks. Responds to member account related subpoenas. Researches, responds, and resolves inquiries and requests from members and engagement center/department personnel.
Qualifications:EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:
High School diploma or equivalent.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Two (2) years of related experience in financial institution to include one (1) year ACH processing.
Salary : $20 - $25
