The Member Experience Talent Development Specialist (ME2TDS) delivers impactful, high‑quality training that empowers employees to consistently provide exceptional member experiences aligned with the Credit Union’s mission, vision, and core values. This role builds employee confidence and proficiency across member service, products and services, lending, systems, compliance, and consultative selling through effective onboarding, ongoing development, and performance validation. By designing, delivering, and evaluating training using a variety of instructional methods, the ME2TDS prepares employees to serve as trusted advisors while supporting career growth and advancing the Credit Union’s strategic goal of improving members’ financial well‑being.
Qualifications:
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:
Associate degree in a related field or a minimum of two (2) years of equivalent related experience.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Two (2) years of experience in training, education, or employee development, to include:
One (1) year of experience providing on-the-job training for Member Experience, and/or:
One (1) year of experience in lending-related functions.
Salary : $22 - $28
