In this dynamic role, you’ll help shape the future of our company by leading exciting marketing campaigns, crafting compelling public relations strategies, and uncovering new business opportunities. You’ll collaborate across teams, connect with clients, and play a key part in hitting our goals—all while keeping things organized and on track.
Essential Functions
- Develop and maintain a consistent measurement system to evaluate the success of sales calls, outreach efforts, and activities using the designated CRM platform.
- Collaborate closely with the Business Development team to ensure outreach campaigns remain on track, are effectively delivered, and are well received by customers, clients, and closing teams.
- Participate in weekly marketing calls and provide clear, accurate reporting on activities, outcomes, and marketing metrics from the prior week.
- Learn, understand, and demonstrate company tools and resources to clients, including but not limited to the company app, website, and customer education resources.
- Uphold all company policies and procedures, including those outlined in the Employee Handbook, and consistently represent the organization with professionalism.
- Follow instructions, respond professionally to management direction, and proactively seek clarification when needed.
- Identify and communicate opportunities for operational improvement to management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support coordinated business development efforts.
- Perform duties, tasks, and special projects assigned by management that relate to the business development role.
- Maintain consistent in-person attendance at assigned worksites and in the field to fulfill all essential functions on a full-time basis.

Work Environment. This position operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopies, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Physical Demands. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling and climbing throughout the day. The employee must frequently lift or move items up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work. This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work vary. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
Travel. Out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected.
Required Education and Experience:
Associate’s Degree and 1-3 years related experience.
Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree and 3-5 years related experience.
