Will be working in the Center for Well-Being Department
The Licensed Behavioral Health Clinician serves as a core provider within the Center for Well-Being, delivering support-oriented, solution-focused behavioral health services to hospital employees and an embedded first responder population at a designated sheriff’s office site. The Center operates on a support and solution-focused model — emphasizing early engagement, brief goal-directed intervention, skills building, and appropriate referral rather than long-term diagnostic treatment. Services are delivered under contracted, employer-funded agreements.
This role operates at the intersection of occupational well-being, brief clinical support, and crisis-capable care. It requires a clinician who is equally effective in a structured healthcare environment and in a law enforcement cultural context, and who can build trust with populations that may be skeptical of mental health engagement. The successful candidate will function with a high degree of autonomy while maintaining clear accountability within the department’s programmatic framework.
