Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Forecasting

• Develop and maintain robust financial models to support long-term strategic planning and annual budgeting.
• Conduct rolling forecasts to reflect changing business conditions and new revenue streams.
• Collaborate with business units to gather inputs and validate assumptions for forecasting and budgeting.
  
  

Financial Analysis & Reporting

• Analyze financial performance, including revenue, profitability, and cost metrics, with a focus on new business initiatives and diversified product lines.
• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, highlighting key variances and trends.
• Develop KPIs and performance metrics to monitor the financial health of the organization.
• Assist with Monthly Close alongside accounting and understand how everything rolls into the financial statement.
  
  

Business Partnering

• Partner with operational and product teams to assess financial impacts of new opportunities and product diversification.
• Provide financial insights to support decision-making, including cost-benefit analysis and scenario planning.
• Assist leadership in evaluating the financial viability of new contracts and service agreements.
• Ability to understand the Operations side of business and communicate with various departments monthly.
  
  

Data Analysis & Optimization

• Utilize data analytics to assess revenue performance and identify areas for margin improvement.
• Automate reporting processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Leverage business intelligence tools to enhance reporting capabilities and data visualization.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
• 1-3 years of experience in FP&A, preferably within healthcare, insurance, or TPA environments.
• Strong financial modeling and data analysis skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with financial planning tools (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Hyperion).
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset.
