We are seeking a Vice President of Enterprise Sales to architect, scale, and lead our enterprise revenue engine.

What You’ll Do
Revenue Leadership & Strategy
· Develop and execute enterprise sales strategy to achieve aggressive growth targets
· Drive predictable pipeline generation and forecast accuracy
· Identify new market opportunities, verticals, and strategic accounts
· Partner with executive leadership on pricing, go-to-market initiatives, and growth planning
· Establish performance metrics tied to both lead and lag indicators
Team Leadership & Development
· Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing enterprise sales talent
· Create a culture of accountability, ownership, and performance
· Coach leaders and sellers using data-driven insights
· Align territories, named accounts, and coverage models
· Implement cadence, goals, KPIs, and performance rhythms
Sales Excellence & Execution
· Scale FirstDigital’s solutions-based sales methodology
· Ensure disciplined use of Salesforce and reporting frameworks
· Coach to leading indicators that drive outcomes
· Maintain a hands-on leadership approach with strategic deals
Cross-Functional Leadership
· Partner with engineering, service delivery, marketing, and operations
· Align internal teams around enterprise customer priorities
· Act as the voice of the customer across the organization
· Support strategic initiatives including network expansion projects

Ideal Candidate
· 10 years of progressive sales leadership experience
· Proven success leading enterprise or B2B sales teams to exceed revenue targets
· Experience scaling sales organizations in growth environments
· Strong background in consultative / solution-based selling
· Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
· Experience with Salesforce and sales analytics is a plus
