Work experience: 5 years multi-state payroll experience, preferably with Federal Contracting and Project Based payroll and knowledgeable in all aspects of payroll.

Critical Action Items & Measurable Deliverables:
- Responsible to manage all payroll duties for assigned company.
- Work closely with your Managers/Supervisors to audit payroll and request approvals
- Responsible for timely processing all helpdesk tickets for your companies
- Provide situational awareness to management on any critical problem or issue that may arise in your area.
- Process audit reports each pay period as noted in Payroll Checklist
- Process Verification of Employment requests
- Process Garnishments for your companies
- Work as a team player to assist other payroll specialists to meet payroll deadlines
Experience & Background:
- Five (5) plus years of payroll experience with a high volume, multi-state organization.
- Knowledge of Federal and State payroll requirements, FLSA, employment tax reporting and garnishment processing knowledge
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, (Excel, Word, Teams) and Workday
- Ability to effectively communicate with Associates at all levels in the organization
- Ability to effectively communicate in English, preference given to candidates who are bilingual (written and speaking) in Spanish
- Well-developed verbal, listening and phone communication skills
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to write routine correspondence
- Strong customer service focus and commitment
- Ability to develop a highly skilled and respected team
- Ability to organize and prioritize many different tasks, and respond accordingly
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Detailed and accurate
- Ability to deal sensitively with confidential material
