Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the collision and body shop.
• Ensure that all repairs are completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.
• Manage the production schedule to optimize efficiency and meet customer deadlines.
• Train and mentor staff to enhance their skills and performance.
• Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with insurance adjusters and customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Implement and enforce shop policies and procedures.
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Required: Previous experience in a collision or body shop management role.
• Required: Strong understanding of repair processes and quality standards.
• Required: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Required: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Preferred: ASE certification or equivalent.
• Preferred: Experience with estimating software.
