Role Description The Scheduling Coordinator is a part-time, hybrid role based in Valparaiso, IN, with some work-from-home flexibility. This role is responsible for organizing and maintaining client and caregiver schedules, ensuring appropriate coverage and timely service. Day-to-day tasks include managing appointment requests, updating the scheduling system, confirming visits, and communicating changes to clients, caregivers, and supervisors. The Scheduling Coordinator will handle incoming phone calls, respond to messages, and provide administrative support such as data entry and documentation. This role also involves collaborating with the care team to address scheduling conflicts, monitor service delivery, and help ensure a positive experience for clients and staff.
