Reporting to the Director of Operations, this individual will support the Sales Engineers in all aspects of their role in promoting and selling HVAC/R Systems. This roll will serve as the lead point of contact for all incoming leads, ensuring timely follow-up, and providing operational and administrative support for proposals, pricing, and documentation. Your role is essential to fulfilling the vision of LC Anderson’s Leadership: generate business in its target markets, become a total solution provider and trusted partner to its clients, guaranteeing total customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
Language Skills
Ability to read and comprehend written instructions, emails, and business correspondence. Strong written communication skills for drafting emails, reports, and internal documents. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group settings with employees, customers, and vendors.
Mathematical Skills
Proficiency in basic arithmetic, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. Ability to work with percentages, ratios, and basic financial calculations. Comfort with spreadsheets and data entry for tracking expenses, reports, and administrative tasks.
Reasoning Ability
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to follow written, verbal, or visual instructions. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, manage deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities. Attention to detail and sound judgment in handling confidential information.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this role, the employee is regularly required to sit, use hands for typing and office-related tasks, and communicate clearly. The employee may occasionally need to stand, walk, or lift office materials up to 25 pounds. Vision requirements include close vision for computer work and the ability to adjust focus.

- Support Pricing & Proposals:
- Support pricing efforts and all other needs of the sales department
- Respond with Urgency:
- Act quickly and professionally on all customer requests to maintain excellent client service.
- Coordinate Documentation:
- Assist sales staff with document management, maintaining accuracy and compliance with company standards.
- Collaborate with Sales Team:
- Partner with Account Executives, Account Managers, and other team members to ensure seamless execution of sales activities.
- Be accountable for your personal safety and commit to promoting a safe work environment for those around you
- Assist Other Departments as needed
- Work across departments to assist when needed to support the entire business and other departments
