Firstat Nursing Services is seeking experienced Physical and Occupational Therapists and PTAs and COTAs for Medicare and Managed Care home visits. Qualifications:
- Current and clear License from the State of Florida
- 1 year home health experience preferred
- Knowledge of state home health regulations
- Bilingual a plus - English/Spanish Speaking
- Visit based, PRN position

- Physical Therapy Eval $90 Medicare
- Physical Therapy Visit $85 Medicare
- Physical Therapy Assistant $75 Medicare
