Mortgage Loan Originator Position

Job Overview
Mortgage Loan Originators play a crucial role in helping high-net-worth clients achieve their financial goals. At First Western, we seek an experienced professional to join our team and contribute to delivering comprehensive solutions that exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Solicit new mortgage loan business by consistently spending more than 50% of working time away from the office engaged in prospecting, networking, cold-calling, and participating in community outreach efforts.
• Oversee each loan transaction through processing and closing, ensuring exceptional customer service by effectively communicating updates to all parties involved.
• Analyze applicants' income, financial information, and credit history to determine the appropriate loan programs and products.
• Present a full and complete loan application with supporting documentation to the operations team within 72 hours.
• Meet volume goals as established by the sales management team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Recent residential mortgage lending experience, preferably within a bank environment.
• Active NMLS registration upon hire.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and strong understanding of MS applications, database/CRM tools, loan origination application systems, and loan pricing engines.
