Who We’re Looking For

You’re a detail-oriented operations professional who thrives in a fast-paced, documentation-heavy environment. You bring a strong sense of ownership, a service-first mindset, and the ability to manage complex tracking workflows with precision. Whether coordinating with Relationship Bankers, collecting borrower documents, or ensuring compliance readiness, you're someone who can juggle multiple priorities without losing sight of deadlines. You’re a clear communicator, a confident problem-solver, and someone who takes pride in being the backbone of operational efficiency. If you're looking for a role where your accuracy and follow-through directly support a high-performing commercial lending team—this role is for you.

About the Role

As a Loan Tracking Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in the day-to-day oversight of loan documentation across our commercial banking portfolio. You'll leverage automation tools and our Loan Origination System (LOS) to manage document workflows, coordinate with Relationship Bankers, and ensure timely collection of borrower financials and compliance items. From tracking renewals to supporting audits, your work helps safeguard our credit quality, maintain regulatory readiness, and empower our bankers to focus on client relationships.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and resolve tracking item workflows using the Loan Origination System (LOS) and automation tools.
  • Collect, verify, and organize borrower documentation such as financial statements, tax returns, and rent rolls.
  • Collaborate with Relationship Bankers to prioritize backlog items and escalate overdue documentation.
  • Maintain audit-ready files and support compliance reviews with up-to-date reporting.
  • Prepare documentation packets for upcoming loan maturities as part of the renewal pipeline.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance documentation accuracy and workflow efficiency.

What You Bring

  • High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 0–3 years of experience in loan operations, documentation tracking, or banking support functions.
  • Strong knowledge of loan administration and document control standards.
  • Proficiency navigating LOS platforms; BakerHill experience a plus.
  • Excellent organization, attention to detail, and communication skills.
  • Client service orientation and risk awareness with sound escalation judgment.

What We Offer

  • Competitive base salary: $28.37 - 34.14/HR, plus strong bonus potential.
  • 401(k) plan with employer match.
  • Paid parking and transportation benefits.
  • Comprehensive health and wellness benefits, including:
    • Health savings accounts (HSA)
    • Flexible spending accounts (FSA)
    • Medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • Generous paid time off and bank holidays.
  • Access to training and professional development programs.
  • Sponsorship and support for obtaining professional certifications.
  • A culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and shared success.
