First Western Insurance is seeking a Personal Lines Account Processor. This position works as the liaison between insurance companies, agents, and clients in NWA. The duties and responsibilities involve responding to requests for information and documentation, handling renewals of expiring policies, processing claims, and assisting with audits. This position also maintains documentation for new and renewing business, answer questions about coverage, and processes applications. The ideal candidate will have excellent time management and communication skills (verbal, written, and listening), as well as the ability to multi-task. Experience in the Insurance field is beneficial; however, we are willing to train and license the right person. A positive disposition, willingness to learn, and ability to flex to job duties are most important.
