What are the responsibilities and job description for the Insurance Commercial Lines Processor- NWA position at First Western Bank?
First Western Insurance is currently looking for a Commercial Lines Processor to join our team in Fort Smith or Rogers. Individuals applying for this position will assist customers with policy quotes, needs analysis, insurance applications, and coverage renewals. This person will provide technical support to producers; submit applications to appropriate carriers, obtain client signatures on applications, and follow up to ensure timely receipt of quotes and policies. Processors attend to clients' needs by producing binders, certificates, policies, endorsements, and other related items.
Applicants should be strong multi-taskers, have strong organizational skills with attention to detail, be responsive, and self-motivated. This position requires good clerical and computer skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of the Commercial Lines market is required with a minimum of two years of experience. This position requires a current P & C Insurance License.
Applicants must also pass a criminal background and consumer credit check as well as drug screening. EOE
