First Western Bank is currently seeking a Branch Manager for our Bella Vista Location. Individuals applying for this position need to have familiarity with the Northwest Arkansas Market and be able to procure new business regularly by conducting outside sales calls. Branch Managers must be able to motivate and develop team members to meet sales initiatives. This position will also oversee that branch operations are being executed within compliance guidelines as well as support branch staff in the daily workflow. Qualified candidates must have previous banking experience at a supervisor or manager level. First Western is a full-service financial company offering traditional banking, mortgage, insurance, and investment services.
