Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival, providing a positive first impression
• Manage guest seating arrangements and reservations using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
• Take and relay guest orders accurately, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff
• Handle guest inquiries via phone and in person with excellent phone etiquette and guest relations skills
• Assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization of the host stand and dining area
• Support team members in serving food and beverages when needed, contributing to a seamless guest experience
• Address guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction and repeat business

Experience

• Prior experience as a host or hostess in a food service or restaurant setting preferred
• Strong customer service background with excellent communication skills
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable
• Experience working in hotel or hospitality environments is a plus
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, guest services, and serving procedures beneficial
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude
• Previous experience with phone etiquette and guest relations enhances success in this role

Pay: $12.00 - $30.00 per hour
