Qualifications: 2 years' experience in a licensed preschool/childcare environment; CDA or FCCPC Credential ; meet state licensing educational and health requirements; have a heart and passion for preschool children and their development; be certified in Infant/Child CPR and First Aid, and successfully pass a required background screening.

Responsibilities
- Implement daily lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards, including literacy, math, and social-emotional learning activities
- Provide classroom management by encouraging positive behavior and helping maintain a safe, organized environment
- Engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote early childhood development, including toddler care and preschool exercises
- Plan for classroom setup and material preparation to ensure a stimulating learning space
- Monitor individual needs of children, including those with disabilities or autism, providing personalized support as needed
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to foster a collaborative educational atmosphere
- Curriculum development by lesson planning and activity execution
Skills
- Strong understanding of early childhood education principles and childhood development stages
- Experience working with young children in daycare, preschool, or private school settings
- Knowledge of special education strategies and behavior management techniques
- Ability to lesson plan across subjects like literacy education and math fundamentals
