Job Summary:
The Custodian cleans and maintains physical church properties, to enable safe, effective use of church facilities for the mission of the church.
Essential Functions/Position Tasks:
· Cleaning and maintaining church building
· Room and building setup for church ministries
· Keep sidewalks clear of snow and ice throughout day as needed (Major snow removal done by hired company)
· Perform minor repairs
· Coordinate and oversee service providers (plumbers, electricians, HVAC, etc.).
· Minor vehicle maintenance checks and cleaning
· Provides facility hospitality

Requirements:
· Must possess a valid State of Nebraska driver's license
· Complete Safe-Gatherings Certification within 45 days of starting employment
· A Nebraska State Patrol background check will be ran on all potential candidates.
· Must be dependable and accountable.
· Qualified candidate will have integrity, kindness, and work well within a team.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 30 per week
