What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mortgage Loan Processor - Lubbock position at FIRST UNITED BANK?
First United Bank is accepting applications for a Mortgage Loan Processor in our Lubbock Banking Center. The Mortgage Loan Processor will be responsible for the following:
- Order, Validate and Confirm Income and Asset Information.
- Maintain Loan Information in Mortgage Software.
- Maintain Communication with clients and related 3rd parties
- Coordinate with mortgage loan originators the proper communication and time management needed to ensure deadlines are met according to loan processing procedures.
- Run and Evaluate AUS Findings
- Review credit reports and order appraisals and title work. Send out verification forms and conduct regular follow-up with outside sources regarding outstanding documentation.
- Prepare Loan for submission to underwriting.
- Interface with closing entities.
- Participates in job specific training, various bank training programs, and complies with BSA, AML and all bank policies and procedures as required.
- Other duties as assigned.
Preferred:
1-2 Years Mortgage Experience
Qualifications:Job Requirements:
- Must have strong communication and organizational skills
- Bank lending support, title company or real estate background is preferred.
