First United Bank is accepting applications for al Mortgage Loan Processor in our Lubbock Banking Center. The Mortgage Loan Processor will be responsible for the following:

  • Order, Validate and Confirm Income and Asset Information.
  • Maintain Loan Information in Mortgage Software.
  • Maintain Communication with clients and related 3rd parties
  • Coordinate with mortgage loan originators the proper communication and time management needed to ensure deadlines are met according to loan processing procedures.
  • Run and Evaluate AUS Findings
  • Review credit reports and order appraisals and title work. Send out verification forms and conduct regular follow-up with outside sources regarding outstanding documentation.
  • Prepare Loan for submission to underwriting.
  • Interface with closing entities.
  • Participates in job specific training, various bank training programs, and complies with BSA, AML and all bank policies and procedures as required.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Preferred:

1-2 Years Mortgage Experience

Qualifications:

Job Requirements:

  • Must have strong communication and organizational skills
  • Bank lending support, title company or real estate background is preferred.
