What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mortgage Loan Processor - Amarillo position at FIRST UNITED BANK?
First United Bank is accepting applications for al Mortgage Loan Processor in our Amarillo Banking Center. The Mortgage Loan Processor will be responsible for the following:
- Order, Validate and Confirm Income and Asset Information.
- Maintain Loan Information in Mortgage Software.
- Maintain Communication with clients and related 3rd parties
- Coordinate with mortgage loan originators the proper communication and time management needed to ensure deadlines are met according to loan processing procedures.
- Run and Evaluate AUS Findings
- Review credit reports and order appraisals and title work. Send out verification forms and conduct regular follow-up with outside sources regarding outstanding documentation.
- Prepare Loan for submission to underwriting.
- Interface with closing entities.
- Participates in job specific training, various bank training programs, and complies with BSA, AML and all bank policies and procedures as required.
- Other duties as assigned.
Preferred:
1-2 Years Mortgage Experience
Qualifications:Job Requirements:
- Must have strong communication and organizational skills
- Bank lending support, title company or real estate background is preferred.
