Major Duties And Responsibilities (essential Functions)
- Monitors the maintenance and performance of the ATM fleet
- Coordinates with ATM vendors for any needed service and support
- Places weekly cash orders for the ATMs
- Completes ATM settlement and balancing reports entries
- Monitors and completes ATM recon reports provided by Accounting
- Researches and resolves ATM dispense and deposit outages
- Completes various reports as assigned
- ATM supply orders such as receipt paper
- Ensures the proper display of ATM signage and ADA compliance via ATM audits submitted by the Community Banks.
- Completes all required compliance exams on a yearly basis.
- Adherence to all First United Policies and Procedures.
- Dresses Professionally.

Education And Work Experience
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two years banking experience required
- Two years customer service required
- Knowledge of financial institution policies and procedures preferred
- Knowledge of ATM processing preferred
- Superior customer service skills required
- Demonstrates good judgment
- Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Demonstrates dependability through good attendance and adherence to timelines and schedules
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently, without close supervision
- Must be willing to be on-call after-hours, weekends and holidays to resolve ATM issues
