What are the responsibilities and job description for the Resident Aide position at First To Serve, Inc.?
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet guest and others
- Perform housekeeping duties in client rooms and/or facility
- Assists in maintaining facility clean
- Assist with serving food to guest
- Assist guest with laundry services
- Maintain safety for all clients
- Maintain lines of communication with all staff
- Conduct all required documentation needed
- Maintains records and writing reports
- Perform related duties as required
- Perform duties by Program Manager
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
· Two years’ experience
· Experience in homeless services preferred
· Computer skills in Word and Excel
· Ability to communicate effectively and in a professional manner to our guest and peers
· Ability to speak, write and read fluently in English. Bilingual is a plus!
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
