Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Airbnb Cleaner to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and maintaining rental properties to ensure they are spotless, sanitized, and welcoming for guests. Your enthusiasm and commitment to quality will help create memorable stays for our clients’ guests.

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential Airbnb properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation
• Implement proper cleaning and sanitation procedures to meet health standards and client expectations
• Handle laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels
• Maintain floors through sweeping, mopping, carpet cleaning, and floor care techniques
• Use appropriate cleaning equipment and detergents safely and effectively
• Manage time efficiently to complete multiple property turnovers within scheduled timeframes
• Communicate professionally with clients regarding property condition and special requests

Requirements

• Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial or housekeeping roles preferred
• Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, equipment operation, and sanitation standards
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting and outdoor work as needed
• Strong attention to detail with excellent time management skills
• Customer service orientation with clear communication skills for client interactions
• Familiarity with cleaning detergents, floor care products, and carpet cleaning techniques
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift heavy items safely, and perform outdoor work when required

This job primarily involves cleaning Airbnb locations between check-ins and check-outs. Therefore, hours aren't set or predictable. More hours can be picked up if the person is available during the evenings. Daytime fill-in positions could also be assigned.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
