Duties
- Actively engage with prospective and existing clients through outside sales efforts, including telemarketing and community outreach, to promote P&C insurance products.
- Conduct thorough needs analysis to recommend tailored insurance solutions, including property, casualty, health, and life insurance policies.
- Negotiate policy terms and coverage options with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction and optimal protection.
- Build strong customer relationships by providing exceptional client communication and personalized service throughout the sales process.
- Manage sales administration tasks using CRM systems to track leads, follow-ups, policy details, and client interactions efficiently.
- Stay up-to-date with insurance regulations and compliance requirements to ensure all client interactions adhere to legal standards.
- Assist clients with benefits administration, claims processing, and policy renewals to foster trust and long-term loyalty.
Experience
- Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales within the insurance industry or related fields.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing sales effectively.
- Knowledge of commercial insurance products as well as health, life, property, and casualty insurance policies.
- Familiarity with CRM system proficiency and Microsoft Office tools for sales tracking and client management.
- Excellent communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze client needs and develop customized insurance solutions.
- Understanding of insurance regulation standards and benefits administration processes is preferred.
