Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Web Marketing Analytics Analyst with at least 2–3 years of experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing website and digital marketing performance, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to improve user engagement and overall marketing effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze website and campaign performance using Google Analytics (GA4), Data Studio, CM360 and other analytics platforms
- Monitor key digital marketing KPIs across paid media, web, and campaigns - build and maintain dashboards and reports for business stakeholders, and identify trends and optimization opportunities across paid, organic, and owned channels
- Implement, manage, and ensure quality control for tracking codes, events, and goals using Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- Maintain UTM taxonomy standards and ensure consistent campaign tagging across all digital activities
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of Floodlight tags - from initial setup and configuration to campaign completion - ensuring accurate tracking across all paid media activities
- Conduct regular QA of Floodlight tags, serving as the primary point of contact with media agency for troubleshooting - escalating and resolving issues promptly and reporting outcomes to internal stakeholders
- Work directly with the web team on pixel implementation and maintenance - with sufficient knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and data layer structures to independently validate that tags are correctly placed, firing as intended, and passing the right data
- Conduct regular pixel audits, troubleshoot discrepancies in collaboration with the web team and paid media agency, and ensure issues are resolved promptly and documented for future reference
- Collaborate with marketing, product, development teams, and external agency partners to optimize digital campaigns and user experience
- Troubleshoot analytics and data discrepancies, validate agency-reported data, and ensure data accuracy across sources
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Business, Computer Science, or related field
- At least 2–3 years of hands-on experience with Google Analytics (preferably GA4)
- Strong understanding of web analytics concepts and digital marketing metrics
- Experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM) including implementation and QA
- Working knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and data layer concepts sufficient to review tag implementation
- Hands-on experience with Floodlight tag management,
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for data analysis
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Data Studio / Tableau / Power BI)
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Google Analytics Certification (GA4)
- Experience with SEO, SEM, or paid media analytics
- Experience in financial services, fintech, or B2B marketing analytics
