Description:
This assignment will take place in a client facility that does not provide patient care. Must answer telephone or mailing inquiries regarding rates, payments, and some billing inquiries. Process members payments to their account and document accordingly in the computer system. Route calls to appropriate departments. Provide excellent customer service skills and professional telephone conduct with members, brokers, and other internal representatives. Must be able to multi-task-talk, type, and toggle between dual monitor screens at the same time. May contact members to obtain or relay account information. 99% of payment associates' time will be spent answering phone calls. Will also perform other duties as assigned by Team Coordinator when needed. * Additional Requirements/Experience needed to be successful in the role: - High School Grad or Equivalent (GED) (Required) - A minimum of one year of customer service phone experience; preferred in a call center or contact center environment. - Computer proficiency is a must. - Ability to communicate verbally with callers in a clear, concise & professional manner -Ability to work from home with internet access and a quiet workspace * Will this be an onsite or remote position? Work a hybrid schedule in office and remotely 4 days a week after completion of training. Experience required for this position: Receipt of payment and billing reconciliation, customer phone calls regarding payment for insurance premiums. New Software: QNXT and WiPro (SLP) is being implemented.
