Client: Major Entertainment Company
Location: Los Angeles, CA-2 days Onsite per week
Duration: 12 Months Contract
Job Description:
- Corporate function recruiting experience.
- Comfortable working a wide variety of roles.
- Tech recruiting preferred (faster pace, higher accountability, broader scope).
- Agile, fluid environments.
- Able to support policy, legal, sales, etc.
- Strong context-switching can juggle many roles across teams/levels.
- Staffing agency backgrounds fine if they ve built teams and partnered cross-functionally.
Avoid: Candidates who are too specialized or tied to one pipeline.
Must-Have: Consultative, advisory-style recruiter who can guide the business.
