Description

The role provides operational and administrative support for payment services activities that help facilitate the movement of funds and meet member cash-flow needs. The role assists with routine payment processing, transaction support, record maintenance, and service-related activities while following established procedures, quality standards, and regulatory requirements under close guidance and supervision.

Essential Functions

What You’ll Do :

• Support the processing and servicing of payment transactions, deposits, transfers, and other money movement activities in accordance with established procedures.
• Review routine transaction information for accuracy and completeness and escalate discrepancies or exceptions to more experienced team members.
• Assist with the maintenance of records, documentation, and supporting information related to payment services activities.
• Respond to basic member, internal partner, or vendor inquiries regarding payment services products, transactions, and processes.
• Monitor assigned workflows and queues to ensure transactions are completed within defined service standards.
• Follow operational controls, compliance requirements, and risk management procedures designed to support the secure movement of funds.
• Assist with transaction research, reconciliation activities, and issue resolution efforts for routine payment-related matters.
• Support clearing, settlement, reporting, and other administrative activities associated with payment operations.
• Maintain accurate data entry and system updates across payment services platforms and tools.
• Participate in training activities and continue developing knowledge of payment services products, processes, and organizational policies.

Essential Skills

Education & Experience:

• Required Education: High school diploma and/or specialized certification
• Required Experience: 0 - 1 years of relevant experience

• Basic understanding of office systems, data entry practices, and standard business software.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately follow established procedures and instructions.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage routine tasks in a structured, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong organizational skills and commitment to providing quality service.
• Ability to learn new systems, processes, and operational requirements quickly.
  
  

Location:

Marlboro, MA - Hybrid

Target Compensation

$20.19 - $24.28/hour annual bonus

Schedule

Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm (35 hours)
