Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Sales to join our team in the Baltimore area. This role requires a versatile professional who can manage both Sales Reps and business development efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully building client relationships, driving business growth and managing a sales team.

Responsibilities:

Business Development:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Baltimore, MD area, targeting large potential clients in the [specific industry/sector].
• Build and nurture relationships with existing clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
• Develop and present compelling proposals, showcasing our services and value proposition to potential clients.

Data Management:

• Keep accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, candidate profiles, and recruitment activities in the company's CRM system.
• Generate regular reports on recruitment metrics, business development activities, and other key performance indicators.

Qualifications:

• Experience in Staffing Sales field
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales/revenue targets.
• Familiarity with industry-specific recruitment practices and trends.

Less than 10% travel.
