What are the responsibilities and job description for the Admin - Inside Sales Support position at First Team Professional?
Job Type: Direct Hire
Main Responsibilities or Day to Day activities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and product knowledge
- Provide quotes, process orders, and manage job tickets using CRM and order management systems.
- Assist walk-in customers and guide them through product options and van outfitting solutions.
- Coordinate with production and scheduling teams to ensure timely delivery and installation.
- Maintain accurate customer records and track project progress through to completion
- Help identify upselling opportunities and support outside sales with lead follow-up.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions to customer concerns.
- Stay informed on current products, promotions, and outfitting industry trends.
- Accounting and data entry as well
Required/Preferred Experience:
- Proven experience in a sales or business development role (not a full requirement if they have the correct personality, Jason is willing to train)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively negotiate and close deals
- Strong customer service skills
- Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions to customer concerns.
