Primary Responsibilities:

• Answers incoming Service Department phone calls.
• Directs Caller to appropriate Service Advisor or Individual or takes a thorough message.
• Provides Excellent Customer Service.
• Closes Repair Order's for the Service Department.
• Assists Service Advisor Staff with communication with Customers.

Required Experience:

• Knowledge of CDK/ADP systems a plus
• 1-2 years previous Receptionist experience in a Dealership preferred, but not required
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Professional appearance and work ethic
• Superior Customer Service skills
• Strong mathematical ability
