What You'll Earn
Starting Pay: $22.00 Per Hour
- $2,000 Sign-On Bonus for experienced, fully licensed school bus drivers*
- $1,000 Sign-On Bonus for new drivers
- $500 CLP Bonus*** when you obtain your Commercial Learner's Permit within 14 days of completing the virtual CLP class
- Guaranteed Minimum of 5 Paid Hours Per School Day when driving both morning and afternoon routes
Flexible Schedule with Summers Off

As a School Bus Driver serving St. James School District, you'll:
- Safely transport students to and from school and school activities
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip safety inspections
- Assist students while boarding and exiting the bus

- Follow all traffic laws and safety procedures
