First Student is hiring a Charter Coordinator in Buffalo, NY!

Pay Rate: $22.00-$23.00 hr.

Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm

Job Summary:

Quotes and books all outside charter work throughout the Region.

Centralizes and efficiently distributes the work to the appropriate location/branch.

Job Description:

• Increases Outside Charter Revenue
• Increases Outside Charter Revenue
• Assists in customer quoting and pricing
• Distributes and dispatches the new work to the most appropriate branch or location
• Increases customer base
• Initializes marketing strategies
• Determines, sets, and meets budget goals
  
  

Minimum Education Or Certifications Required

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
  
  

Minimum Experience Or Skills Required

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• At least 3-5 years experience
• Industry experience
• Prior customer service experience
• Charter booking experience
• Computer experience a must
• School Bus transportation experience
• Incumbent must be able to move about the office and between floors; utilize standard office equipment; access filing system/cabinets; and communicate effectively and efficiently in person or by telephone
• Little or no travel required, but meeting with local customers may be necessary
