Job Description:
We are seeking a kind, qualified, and enthusiastic Preschool Teacher to join our team. In this role, you will provide a safe, fun, and educational environment for children ages 3-5. You will guide children in their social, emotional, and cognitive development while fostering curiosity, creativity, and confidence.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement age-appropriate lessons and activities
- Support children’s social, emotional, and academic growth
- Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment
- Communicate with parents regarding children’s progress and needs
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to ensure a high-quality program
Qualifications:
- Experience working with preschool-aged children
- Early Childhood Education (ECE) certification or equivalent preferred
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for children
