What are the responsibilities and job description for the Full Time Teaching Assistant position at First Steps Early Childhood Education Center?
Are you passionate about working with young children and helping them grow in a positive, supportive environment? We're looking for a Teaching Assistant to join our team! If you’re nurturing, patient, and excited to contribute to the early development of children, we’d love to meet you! We are looking for someone who can work between the operating hours of 7:45am and 5:00pm.
Requirements:
Experience with young children ages 3-5
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Positive, patient, and caring attitude
Ability to support lead teachers in classroom activities
High school diploma or equivalent (Degree in Early Childhood Education a plus)
